On January 8, 2018 a new resident was registered in Minsk FEZ – LLC Greenbiovet – to implement the investment project "Organization of the construction of a plant for the production of veterinary disinfectant and antiseptic drugs according to the GMP standard".

According to the contract, investment in production within 3 (three) years will be not less than 600 thousand US dollars. During the same period, Greenbiovet LLC will create at least 19 new jobs. Production activity will begin in the 3rd quarter of 2021.

Within the framework of the project, a new modern production and storage building with an administration building will be built on the territory of Minsk FEZ, and new production equipment will be installed. The building will house industrial, warehouse, administrative premises of the enterprise, laboratory and other services.

LLC Greenbiovet intends to organize a full cycle of production of veterinary and antiseptic drugs according to the GMP standard. The sales markets are Belarus, Russia, and CIS countries.

Also on January 5, another resident was registered in Minsk FEZ – KB Radar JSC – the managing company of the holding company Radar Systems. The enterprise will create a modern production facility for the production of electronic equipment products .The complex will include administrative, production and storage facilities. , the announced volume of investments from 2018 to 2022 will be over 2 million euros.
JSC KB Radar, the management company of the Radar Systems Holding, is a scientific organization and specializes in the areas of radar, radio navigation, radio reconnaissance, radio intelligence, electronic warfare, radio communications, telemetry and data transmission.

For reference: Minsk FEZ was established in 1998 with the purpose of attracting investments for the creation and development of industries based on new and high technologies, providing favorable conditions for the economic development of the region. Since the creation of the FEZ, its area has more than doubled and today it is 2.6 thousand hectares. There are more than 110 operating resident enterprises with Belarusian and foreign investments. For the organization of production facilities, 39 plants have been built and reconstructed, 12 enterprises are under construction, 12 enterprises are at the design stage. The main industrial branches in which FEZ enterprises operate are machine building and metalworking, chemical and petrochemical, timber and construction industries. In production, financial capital is invested from 23 countries. Major investors are Russia, Great Britain, Germany, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia and the United States.
