The Istanbul PPP week took place from March 5 to 8, 2024 in Turkey. This is an annual international event dedicated to the topic of Public-Private Partnership, which was held for the 8th time.

The primary goal of the Istanbul PPP Week is promotion and development of the PPP mechanism. And as it proclaimed by organizers, to bring the actors and experts of from all over the world in an open dialogue, share good practices, evaluate current conditions, start collaboration and partnerships, and enhance connections.

The representatives of PPP agencies from more than 40 countries have attended the event. As well as representatives of international development institutions and various investment companies.

During the training sessions, leading experts in the field of PPP shared their experience and advice on what key points need to be taken into account when preparing projects, structuring them and resolving issues in the process of executing PPP contracts. Turkish companies introduced large PPP transport projects that are currently under implementation. Representatives of PPP centers told the colleagues, potential investors and financial organizations about the development of the PPP institution in their countries and presented planning projects. Anastasia Urbanskaya, Deputy Head of the Public-Private Partnership Department, presented the prospects for PPP in Belarus and project initiatives as well as activities of NAIP on this area.
