Within the work executed by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus on the creation of comfortable conditions for doing business and investment, entering top 30 countries on the ease of doing business, we suggest that all the concerned make proposals on forming the Action Plan on improving the investment climate of the Republic of Belarus for 2109.
The proposals to be included in the Plan should be systematic and without applying any individual preferences.
