Description of the event:
The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) is a unique event in the world of business and economics. SPIEF has been held since 1997, and since 2006, it has been held under the auspices of the President of the Russian Federation, who has also attended each event.
Over the last 24 years, the Forum has become a leading global platform for members of the business community to meet and discuss the key economic issues facing Russia, emerging markets, and the world as a whole.
The 25th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum is set to take place on 15–18 June 2022. As in previous years, the business programme will focus on the global and Russian economies, social issues, and technological development.

The name of the event: Entrepreneur of the Year competition

Description of the event: Organizers announced start of the applying process for taking part at Entrepreneur of the Year competition.
The Ministry of Economy has announced the start of the annual national contest "Entrepreneur of the Year". The contest is open for all businesses that meet the selection criteria.
The competition is held among legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in nominations depending on the number of years of business existence.
"The monetary prize for the winners in the nominations "Successful Start" (from 2 to 4 years of business), "Stable Success" (over 5 years), "Efficient Business in Production" (over 3 years) and "Efficient Business in Services" (more than 3 years) is 100 basic units (1 BGN - Br32). Winners of the Efficient Individual Business (over 3 years) category will be awarded 50 basic units. A special prize is a special "PR-gift" of the state to the successful business - the right to use the logo of the contest for promotional purposes," noted the press service of the Ministry of Economy.
Applications for the competition will be accepted from 1 April to 1 June 2022 at the place of registration of the potential winner.
