The government of the Republic of Belarus made a decision on the alienation of property of “Sukno” OJSC, located at the production site on the 5,7, Clara Zetkin str. (The Decision of the Council of Ministers dated 23.05.2014 №499).
The cost of the property is 151 311 016 680 BYR (538 473 369 RUR at the exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on 12.05.2015). Currently, the possibility of reducing the specified value is considering.
The property is located in the center of Minsk (Moscow district) opposite the musical theater, near the Government House. Total area of land plot is 5.1936 ha. The district has an excellent transport connection: it is connected to a network of roads and routes of public transport to all parts of Minsk. In 2017, in the immediate vicinity of the territory it is planned to open subway station named Frantisek Bogushevich square (3rd Line).
