Belarus became a noticeable participant of the 57th International Engineering Fair MSV-2015, which was held in Czech city Brno from 15 to 18 September.

Representatives of more than 1,600 companies assembled at the largest specialized exhibition in Central and Eastern Europe in order to present the latest achievements, innovation, products and services, as well as investment projects in key sectors of mechanical engineering and electrical industries.

Leading industrial enterprises of Belarus presented their products. Traditionally, Belarusian Steel Works presented its new products.

An international project URBIS INVEST became a significant part of the exhibition, presenting programs of regional development, industrial zones, free trade zones, their investment potential and offers to investors. Industrial real estate, technology parks and business centers were presented within the framework of the exhibition. 

The display booth of the Industrial park “Great Stone” was placed for the first time at MSV, where business circles were able to review all the projects in this unique area of investment and hold talks with the leaders of the management company.

On September 16, 2015 during the MSV Belarusian business day was held, during that day participants discussed topical issues of industrial cooperation of domestic companies with the European market.

Roman Proskalovich, a representative of the National Agency of Investment and Privatization told colleagues about the experience of Belarus in improving the country's investment attractiveness.

“Belarus is the main entrance to the multi-million dollar market of the Eurasian Economic Union — said the expert, -a favorable place with an advantageous geographical location to set up any business in a comfortable environment, with a well-developed infrastructure to launch production, with the special preferential treatment within the SEZ, the Industrial park on the territory of small towns and rural areas under the implementation of large-scale projects through investment agreements. And this is just a tiny part of the benefits when combined with a competitive labor force can easily create essential prerequisites for the successful development of the business.”

The International Engineering Fair MSV is the largest branch review of products and technologies in the region of Central and Eastern Europe, representing the key areas such as mining, steel, foundry machinery and equipment for the ceramic and glass industries; Materials and components for mechanical engineering; actuators, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, refrigeration and air conditioning systems; power and high-current electrical engineering; Electronics, automation and measuring technology; environmentally friendly technics; researches, technology transfer, financial services; transport, handling, industrial packing, warehousing, logistics.

At the international exhibition MSV-2015 the exhibits of Belarus, Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, Italy, Poland, Slovakia and Russia were presented. More than 80 thousand specialists from 60 countries took part in the project.
