Bloomberg Innovation Quotient: Belarus in global top-5 for tertiary efficacy, patent activity and technological capabilities.

Bloomberg Rankings recently examined more than 200 countries and sovereign regions to determine their innovation quotient.

Belarus is one of the top-5 in the world for such innovativeness factors as  tertiary efficacy and patent activity.  And it took the second place  for technological capabilities.

Countries were  ranked on a scale of 0 to 100% on seven factors to create the Bloomberg Innovation Quotient. Aggregating all seven factors Belarus ranked 49th this year. Learn more.
