A year ago, Czech-Budějovický architectural studio Atelier 8000 won a competition for the design reincarnation of one of the districts of Brest. Recently, the company has received approval for its implementation.

As quoted by founder and director of the company Martin Krupauera, it is a multi-functional project, in which 70 million euros will be invested, with a park, embankment, business center, spa, hotel, concert hall, multiplex, offices and which will link two parts of the city by a cable road above Mukhavets.

Atelier 8000 is a well-known Czech architectural and design studio, its portfolio includes objects in the Czech Republic, Egypt, and France.
