While preparing for World Expo 2020 in Dubai (UAE), the organizers are launching a program for financing creative solutions – Expo Live.
Grants of up to $ 100,000 will be allocated to support innovation projects and start-ups from around the world that have social value and are relevant to the themes of EXPO 2020: Connrcting Minds, Creating the Future, Opportunity, Sustainable Development, Mobility, which are the most important drivers of global progress.
The program is aimed at supporting creative solutions that improve life while preserving the planet. “Expo Live” will demonstrate how innovations created by people from different countries can contribute to progress and a prosperous future.
The projects will be reviewed twice a year — in January and June. The size of the grant depends on the level of innovation and the prospects of their implementation, as well as on the degree of the supposed projects’ impact on the world processes.
