In Ostrowiec, a three-star hotel, built with the participation of the Turkish capital, is going to be opened soon. BelTA was informed in the Economy Department of the Ostrovets District Executive Committee.

The investment project in Ostrowiec was implemented by Turkish company Sednat. About12 million US dollars were invested in the facility. Construction works have already been completed, a six-storey building has been accepted for operation. Opening of the first three-star hotel in the city is scheduled for mid-November.

The hotel is located in the central part of the city. 50 rooms are available for guests. The hotel will create more than 35 jobs. Also, the hotel restaurant will be open soon.

As noted in the Economy Department of the Ostrovets District Executive Committee, the Turkish investor has been implementing other projects in the region. In particular, close to the border crossing point Kotlovka on the Belarusian-Lithuanian border a motorway service point is being built, which will include a petrol station, hotel, shop and café.
