In the near future the construction of a commercial and administrative building is scheduled at the intersection of Nemiga and Kollectornaya Streets. It has been reported by the Committee of Construction and Investment of the city executive board.
The investor is an Iranian company – Interbelnest, which concluded an investment agreement with the Minsk City Executive Committee.
As specified in the committee of construction and investment, the new complex will be located on a plot of almost 2 hectares with a total area of 58.3 thousand square meters. 21.5 thousand square meters will be allocated to a trade fair center with a restaurant, 20 thousand square meters will used as administrative offices, 800 square meters will be given to an aparthotel and 16 square meters – for huge underground parking garage.
Investments in the project amount to 60 million US dollars. It is known that the design and construction of the object will be conducted simultaneously. General Designer is Belarusian private enterprise Belintakom, the general contractor is Minskpromstroy.
