JSC Brest beer is put up for auction as a single property complex with the initial price of BYN 17 420 000 without VAT. The first repeated auction will be held on May 16.
The auction step is 5% of the initial price of the auction subject. The winner of the auction will be the person who offered the highest price. In case of recognition of the tender as failed, the sale of the subject to the sole participant who submitted the application for participation in the auction, or to the only participant who appeared to participate in the auction, with his consent is carried out at an initial price increased by 5%.
The auction winner is provided with an installment payment for the cost of the item.
