JSC Brest beer is set for an auction as a single property complex with a starting price of 17.42 million BYN, excluding VAT.
The bidding will take place on 4 April. The auction step is 5% of the initial price of the auction object. The winning bidder will be the person who offered the highest price. In the case of declaration of the bidding process void, the object sale to the single party, submitted the application for participation in the auction, or the only participant, appeared to participate in the auction will be carried out with their consent at the initial price increased by 5%. Installment payment of the object cost will be available for the winner of the bidding.
