NAIP invites investors to implement a project to create and develop production for advanced complex processing of loess-like clay sand and loam based on new and high technologies. The project provides for the construction of enterprises, engineering and transport infrastructure for mining operations on the territory of Minsk Free Economic Zone, residents of which receive statutory benefits and preferences.

The deposit Fanipolskoe is located on two sites - Eastern (140 ha) and Western (100 ha). The western section of the deposit is for the production of agloporites, the reserves of industrial categories of which are 6,241.68 thousand m3. It is located 2 km east of the city of Fanipol. In the Eastern section of the deposit, the balance of stocks of sand clay and loam of industrial categories is 5,635 thousand m3, previously estimated at 2,042 thousand m3. The deposit is fully explored and ready for operation, its chemical composition has been established.326d6bfa48c683bc263c5486f70fd466.jpgLoams of unique for the country Fanipolskoe deposit allow ceramic products to acquire natural true colors. Noble colors are achieved due to the content in them of a significant amount of impurity iron oxides. The use of loam in the clinker tile recipe allows achieving a low water absorption (up to 2%), frost resistance of more than 100 cycles, high mechanical strength (more than 28 MPa), resistance to aggressive media, and resistance to temperature changes. Compared to most of the clay deposits in Belarus, the loams of the Fanipolskoye deposit are not characterized by a tendency to swelling during the firing process.

The main consumers of the products planned for production are construction companies, brick factories, factories for the production of dishes and ceramic tiles.

The volume of investments in the implementation of this project should be at least 1 million euros or not less than 500 thousand euros provided that investments are made within 3 years from the date of signing the contract. To create a real production process for processing minerals with the final products in the form of ceramic tiles or bricks, the minimum investment required is about $ 10,000,000.
