On April 26, 2013 the Evaluation Committee shortlisted Potential Investors for OJSC “Minsk Margarine Plant” (OJSC “MMP”) and OJSC “Konfa” on the basis of the relevant pre-qualification criteria previously announced.

On April 26, 2013 the Evaluation Committee shortlisted Potential Investors for OJSC “Minsk Margarine Plant” (OJSC “MMP”) and OJSC “Konfa” on the basis of the relevant pre-qualification criteria previously announced.

The total number of Potential Investors for OJSC “MMP” – 8 companies, coming from Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Poland, Norway, Malaysia and Belarus, and 3 companies for OJSC “Konfa” from Belarus, Lithuania and Norway.

The list of Potential Investors for OJSC “Konfa” includes producers of bakery and confectionary products, companies with good distributing network. Among Potential Investors there are companies with the turnover more than $ 10 mln and working experience in the industry more than 12 years.    

The leading producers in food industry will continue to compete for OJSC “MMP”. The Potential Investors are the companies with an average turnover $ 25-42 mln and groups of companies with an average turnover $ 150-8000 mln. Some of the companies operate for more than 35 years in the food industry.

Currently NAIP is in process of signing the Confidentiality Agreement with each Potential Investor. At further step the necessary tender documentation and detailed information memorandums of the companies will be provided to Potential Investors.
