Tender documentation required for making an investment decision, including Information Memorandum , has been prepared for potential strategic investors, interested in Minsk Margarine Plant OJSC and Konfa OJSC.
The Information Memorandum for each of the companies contains a brief executive summary, description of products and markets, the manufacturing process, facilities, systems and marketing policies, quality systems, personnel and management, as well as detailed financial and legal information.
The Information Memorandum has been prepared based on the results of a comprehensive analysis of the companies conducted with the reputable Financial Advisor in accordance with international best practice and standards.
In particular, analysis included financial and legal due diligence on the basis of legal and financial documents, management accounts prepared by SOE’s, fieldwork and interviews with SOE’s management and all key personnel, preparation of financial records of the SOE’s in compliance with IFRS, the analysis of facilities, equipment and technologies of production etc.
At the moment, NAIP continues to collect Expressions of Interest from potential strategic investors. Potential investors will be shortlisted based on the criteria previously announced. NAIP will sign Confidentiality Agreements with the selected potential investors and provide with the full tender documentation.
