At the meeting of the Steering Committee the Final Investment Offers submitted by potential Strategic Investors for the Minsk Margarine Plant OJSC and Konfa OJSC have been evaluated.
As a result of evaluation of the submitted offers, which included the Price Offer for the state owned shares and Committed Investments in the companies for three years after the effective date of the Share Purchase Agreement, the best Final Investment Offers have been chosen. The selected Strategic Investors were invited to negotiations on the terms of the Share Purchase Agreement. More details may not be released till the negotiations are completed due to the fact of confidentiality.
The terms of the Transactions will be prepared for consideration of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
