The deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest for strategic investors, who are interested in the purchasing of state shares of OJSC “Medplast”, is extended till November 13, 2013 2:00 pm CET (4:00 p.m. Minsk time).
National Agency of Investment and Privatization has received a number requests from Potential Investors to extend the deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest as a preparation of required set of documents took more time then it was expected.
On the ground of submitted Expression of Interest and Certificates Commission on attracting strategic investors will form a short list of investors. Shortlisted participants will be provided with an Information Memorandum, besides they will be granted access to the data room and the opportunity to visit the facilities of the OJSC “Medplast” for conducting due diligence.
