The Belarusian IT industry is the youngest of all branches of the Belarusian economy, but its success is recognized in the world arena. Thus, 61 of the world's 200 largest Fortune companies, such as Apple, Intel, IBM, Exxon Mobile, Facebook and others use services of Belarusian IT companies.
Such success is also predetermined by a number of economic incentives for development and by significant tax preferences granted to residents of the High Technology Park.
The main foreign investors in the Belarusian IT-sphere are the companies from the USA, Great Britain, Israel, Germany and Russia.
