In order to effectively implement investment projects in the field of management of municipal waste and secondary material resources an interdepartmental working group for the study of the projects was established upon the initiative of the National Agency for investments and privatization (NAIP). The working group includes representatives of relevant ministries and agencies, regional executive committees. Four projects in the field of management of municipal waste and secondary material resources with a total sum of investments over 220 million USD has already been transferred for the consideration of Belarusian specialists.
First meeting of the interdepartmental working group was held in December 2014 , where the presentation of a foreign company project on creation of a new system of collection of secondary raw materials and the discussion of the project took place. NAIP invite interested parties to provide their projects (presentation and feasibility study) to the Agency for further presentation within the framework of working group.
