The State Property Fund declared several property auctions to be carried out; the property is owned by the capital with a decrease of the initial price by 20% and 50%.

Auctions to sell bathing and fitness complex, which is located at 86a Kabushkina Street, will be held on November 27th at 11:00.

A two-storey building is offered for sale, as well as amenities, green space and the right to lease a land required for the maintenance of the object.

The starting price of the auction item is lowered to 20% — 14.7 billion rubles. Total area of the building is 3004.5 sq. m; the land area is 0.4857 hectares. The building was built in 1985.

The condition of sale is the transformation of the building into administrative and shopping and entertainment facilities with a swimming pool and sauna complex. After the completion of construction (reconstruction) shopping facilities, public catering and consumer services are to be operating.

Auctions to sell a building of the pumping station located at 1/10 Engineering Street will take place on 25th November 2015 at 15:00.

Also the right to lease the land for its operation and maintenance is sold.

The starting price of the building on auction is lowered to 20% — 0.9 billion rubles.

Auctions to sell a building in progress with the right to lease the land for its operation and maintenance located at 1 L Engineering Street. The auction will be held on November 30th at 15.00.

The starting price of the auction item is lowered to 50% — 19.5 billion rubles. The total land area is more than 2.5 hectares. To implement the interests of the state in this area, it is planned to create modern production facilities.

On November 20th at 15.00, reappointed bids for the sale of immovable property located at 17 Chizhevskih Street, 5, 6 Chizhevskih Passage.

The starting price of the building on auction is lowered to 50% and now it is 19 billion rubles.

These buildings are declared monuments of town planning and architecture and are the historical and cultural value. After the restoration in such a picturesque location it is possible to create a museum, hotel, public catering facilities, health care facilities, cultural and educational facilities and facilities for entertainment purposes. Also it is quite possible to open institutes of scientific research, education and training, facilities to provide social services.

Auctions to sell a production site located at 32 Kazintsa Street will be held in December 2015.

The story of development of the territory began in 1950 with the construction of Minsk mechanical-repair factory. In 1960 it was renamed Prodmash Plant, specializing in the production of agricultural, technological equipment for the dairy industry of the BSSR.
