In Minsk, in Q4 of this year, it is planned to organize an auction to attract investors to implement the project on development of area “Rakovsky suburb”. This was announced by Director of Communal Unitary Enterprise Minsk Spadchina Paul Shikunets at the operative meeting in the Minsk City Executive Committee.
Paul Shikunets recalls that in respect of Rakovsky suburb, the building of former bakery No.1 is a promising project. In 2015, Decree No.306 was adopted on the implementation of projects in Rakovsky suburb in Minsk. The customer (CUE Minsk Spadchina), the project organization (UE Minskproekt), and the contractor (OJSC Building Group No.7) have been already defined. The planned construction time is April 2017 — October 2019.

“Functionality provides for the creation of a tourist complex with all kinds of informative, recreational, commercial, household and other services with the national flavor (a cultural and entertainment complex, center of family leisure, entertainment and exhibition center, spa, themed cafes, restaurants of the Belarusian national cuisine)” informed the head of the company.
At present, the reorganization of Bakery No.1 is over. CUE Minsk Spadchina has performed comprehensive research, the project of the area regeneration, the architectural design of the object has been finished “After receiving the project expertise and market valuation of the real estate objects, Minsk Spadchina and the Minsk city center of real estate in Q4 of this year will organize auctions to attract investors to implement the project,” said Paul Shikunets.
The main activity of CUE Minsk Spadchina is the creation of the historic center of Minsk by implementing a comprehensive approach to reconstruct, restore, reconstruct, manage, and maintain houses, buildings and areas of historical developments.
