A new plant for the production of cement particle board is going to be opened in Krichev. This production has grown at the site of the former slaughterhouse. For the implementation of this investment project ALLC “CPB BZS” has been established by JSC CBelzarubezhstroy" and VST Building Technologies AG (Austria).
Investors got rid of dilapidated buildings and the production of cement particle board was developed on the 17 thousand m3 of the land.
The place chosen for the construction of a new enterprise is justified by its proximity to the OJSC “Krichevcementnoshifer” producing cement, which is one of the components of CPB. The estimated capacity of the plant is 60 thousand m3 per year of CPB. This output will provide an annual construction of 420 thousand m3 of housing (7 thousand apartments) by industrial method with the use of permanent formwork technology similar to technology VST.
The territory in Krichev is considered to be ideal for the project.
“There is enough wood. The Krichev cement factory there. This is the case of components for our products — said Siegfried Gassner, CEO of the investment company VST Group. -And the proximity of the Russian border will better arrange export. We also plan to export to Slovakia. ”
Cement particle board is a new construction material for Belarus. In Scandinavia, for example, from the composition “cement plus wood shavings” a half of it goes for construction. Basically it is cast-in-place construction. In contrast to the conventional technology of cement-wood formwork — form for concrete walls — at the finish line is not dismantled.
It results in savings on finishing work.
According to estimates of economists, investment in the new production will pay off quickly. Firstly, the production of import-substituting building material will be mastered. And secondly, a quarter of production will go for export.
The area has been fallen within the scope of the Decree of the President “On development of the south-eastern districts of the Mogilev region.” Investors have claimed that the Decree encouraged them greatly. The document provides a lot of preferences for those who are planning to start a business in remote areas. For example, less deduction makes it possible to increase salaries and many other features.
7 districts of the Mogilev region have been fallen within the scope of the Decree. Krichevsky is among of it. Among the preferences are home loans at 1%, a reduced rate of income tax, insurance premiums, which are less than normal ones. The question to work or not has been even raised. Today the company’s staff is of 200 people. The area has received a development prospect.
“We are the first in the country, who will produce CPB under the technology developed by Austrian company VST Building Technologies AG. The main advantage of the new technology is a high speed and quality of construction, energy efficiency of buildings under construction, the possibility of a broad geographical location,” — as noted in the company.
Production of the new plant is now at the stage of confirmation of the quality and issue of certificates. Start-up process is non-stop.
More than 20 sites in the area of Krychau still await investors. According to experts, the business will not even have to invest in infrastructure. The state is willing to assume the costs.
“Any part of the infrastructure in the gas or water according to the decree will be financed in equal share of the proportion by the national and regional budgets, — said chairman of the Economy Committee of Mogilev Regional Executive Committee Ruslan Strahar. — And for some projects infrastructure costs are up to 30% or even higher. Therefore, it is also an important advantage. ”
All this has been taken into account by Krychau construction company. Not far from the main production a vacant building has been recently bought. A production of permanent formwork will be planed here. This niche still has not been occupied in the region.
Under the materials of Internet resources
