The Public-Private Partnership Center published a preliminary information memorandum on the PPP project “Reconstruction of the M-10 highway the Russian Federation border (Selishche) – Gomel-Kobrin from 109.9 to 195.15 km.”
The document includes a brief description of the project, as well as a number of questions for consultation.

The cost of the project is about 200 million US dollars. The private partner will be responsible for the design, building, financing, operation and maintenance (DBFO) of five sections of the M10 highway with a total length of 85 km.
The project provides for increasing the number of lanes from two to four, increasing the axle load from 10 to 11.5 tons, increasing the speed limit for passenger cars from 90 to 120 km / h and for trucks from 70 to 100 km / h.
The contract is valid for 20 years, including 2 years of construction and 18 years of operation. The beginning of the construction phase is planned for the 4th quarter of 2018.
The information is sent for the purpose of preliminary consultations with market participants on the project.
