“This is a considerable funding offer through the Belarussian Fund of Entrepreneurship Support. We are starting up a series of small loans to 210 thousand rubles for a single legal entity. The interest rate is 10% per annum and we give the loans for 5 years. In that way to originate small and medium-sized business enterprises is the process of making new working places, labor productivity growth. These are the key priorities that will have access to good financial products. However, these enterprises have to fall under the criteria that will be defined on a contest conditions,” Alexander Zaborovsky mentioned, First Deputy Economy Minister.
Entrepreneurship in Belarus will be supported by loans of the Development Bank. Those who are planning to develop their own production, make import substitution will be provided with loans at 7% per annum. Special grants will be given to innovative-oriented business. The amount of the whole support is about 17 million euros.
