The Belarusian stand featuring the projects Minsk Mir, Mayak Minska (Minsk Lighthouse) and Dana Mall enjoyed popularity among investors at the international retail property trade show MAPIC 2015 that took place in Cannes, France on 18-20 November.

“Innovation projects that the holding company implements in Belarus drew attention of many visitors of the expo that annually gathers leading developers, retail traders and investors from all over the world,” Gary Burrows, head of the commercial real estate division at Dana Holdings, said.
During the trade show the developer signed agreements on leasing of premises in the trade and entertainment center Dana Mall with big foreign retail traders, in particular with such companies as De facto, Koton, Colin`s.
This year it has been the fourth time when Dana Holdings has represented Belarus at the prestigious exhibition MAPIC in Cannes. The developer showcased the projects that had already won numerous international awards. MAPIC 2015 expanded the list of achievements of the international company. Dana Holdings was named Europe's best developer of multipurpose centers and shopping malls.

The international investment and civil engineering group of companies Dana Holdings is now busy building 5 million m2 of real estate in Eastern Europe. Dana Holdings has been working in Belarus since 2006 and is the largest real estate developer on the Belarusian market. The company is represented in Belarus by its three divisions: Dana Astra, Zomex Investment, and Belinte Roba.
The MAPIC trade show in Cannes is believed to be Europe's most significant specialized expo for retail estate and investments. This year the trade show attracted nearly 17,000 specialists. As many as 700 exhibitors presented their stands on 12,000m2 of the exhibition area.
