EPAM is going to rent the business center. Director General of the Belarusian division EPAM Pavel Shagoyko, responding to reporters' questions, said that EPAM is one of the leaders of the world market of software development, creates world-class products and should provide its employees with the working environment of the same high quality. “We have analyzed the capital market of commercial real estate under construction and we consider Krasavik as the most advantageous variant fro us. Now we are elaborating the future design of the offices in accordance with the Belarusian building concept as a whole,” said Pavel Shagoyko.
Krasavik business center refers to B+ office facilities and consists of 14 floors with a total area of 20 thousand square meters. Inside of the business center there are open office spaces, a bicycle parking, conference room, cafe, fitness center and an indoor parking. Among the peculiarities of the building is an unusual concept that shows the national character and cultural identity. The numbering of floors duplicates Belarusian names of the months, and the interior is decorated with landscape photos of different regions of Belarus.
