The investor is offered to acquire up to 100% of the shares of Open Joint Stock Company Brest building materials plant. The company is one of the three largest manufacturers of ceramic tile in Belarus and is the largest private producer. Moreover, the enterprise is ranked among the top five producers of ceramic brick.
Brest building materials plant is a fully operating plant, which is able to increase output within the shortest possible period of time, thus representing an ideal platform for the development both on the domestic market and for export, as it was reported at the plant.
The plant is located in the immediate proximity from the European Route E30 and the main railroad connecting Moscow and Belarus cities with Europe.
The territory of 14 hectares with the necessary connections and engineering networks is allocated for the production. There is a railroad branch, a stage for storage and loading of the production. The deposit of clay (22 hectares) which is located 15 km from the plant has been allocated beneath the plant. There is a second production site (2.2 hectares) – for frit production and a company shop. The company owns about 40 000 sq.m of production and administration space.
The entire production infrastructure is in good condition, the plant has been constantly upgraded. Moreover, reconstruction of the capacities and modernization of the equipment were carried out in 2012-2014.
It is also important to note the presence of the qualified personnel capable of servicing the production. Annually more than 70% of the production is sold for export. The main export tile and brick markets are the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia and Uzbekistan. The company has its own dealers all over the country – in Gomel, Vitebsk, Grodno, Dzerzhinsk (Minsk region), Mogilev as well as Kerabel Trade House in Minsk.
The second activity of the company is production of ceramic brick.
“We have an opportunity and experience of exporting to Russia. There are carriage deliveries to Kaliningrad and Tyumen. In case of additional investments and installation of equipment, it is possible to start producing clinker brick and tile Gres,” as was noted at the plant.
The enterprise promises to organize the investor's visit on the plant as soon as possible as well as to hold negotiations and a meeting with the owners.
Presently, a number of measures for improvement of the enterprise’s financial position within the procedure of sanitation are being held at the plant.
