Service to work with customers’ messages of large companies
Blinger started its operation in 2016. It is a service for embedding messages, which large and medium business gets from customers in messengers and CRM-systems. At the moment the company’s API supports such messengers as WhatsAPP, Viber, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Vkontaktemessages and Skype. Blinger customers pay monthly installments from 500 to 5 thousand dollars.
Russian advertising campaign Admitad invested in the company in July of 2016 with an estimation by Blinger at more than 1 mln dollars. The start-up team is situated in Minsk but works with top companies on the Russian market (Ostrovok, Tinkoff Bank, Aviasales, OneTwoTrip). According to SEO Eugeny Besschatnov, they plan to be more active in the West. Moreover, the start-up intends to create a modern helpdesk with a focus on AI –partial automation of customers’ address to the company.
Entity for medical equipment management
It is a start-up of Eugeny Labyn, a clinical engineer, teacher at BNTU. Bolge develops a control module for management of 90 percent of medical equipment, for example sterilizers, hydro massage baths. Startuppers are sure that in general Bolge hasn’t a ceiling because the quantity of medical equipment is enormous. A distinctive feature of the product is a human interface, which reduces the possibility of a medical mistake.
One of the best world accelerators for medical startups MedTech-Bootcamp in Munich is interested in the project and invites to participate for free in a program worth 3 thousand euro.
For today Bolge is ready with the demo version of the control module for medical sterilizers with the possibility to connect with other medical equipment. The company intends to present the product at Healthcare of Belarus 2017 Forum and then start tests basing on the leading clinical hospitals in Minsk.
Goods delivery by drones
Dronex is a hardware startup, which develops a new technology of delivery/dispatch of goods weighting up to 3.5 kg with the help of autonomous drones.
The team of 30 persons with the headquarters in Ireland and RnD in Belarus make drones without assistance, which are unique in its safety and cost, as well as prepare the first in the world service which makes it possible not only to get orders with drones, but also to send them (with the usage of plastic platforms near the windows).
The project of Vladimir Davydov has raised 1.1 mln dollars of investments and already got permission for flights in Russia, China and Lithuania. Drontex, which won in TechMinsk pre-accelerator program in BelBiz Battle startup competition, plans to introduce the product to the market in Lithuania in the first quarter of 2017.
Online designer of travelling
Eightydays.me has been operating for only several months but it has already become Belorussian startup of 2017 and won Twitter-compliment of the Product Hunt founder.
Founder and SEO Oleg Tikhonov said to dev.by that before this no available service had proposed to plan the tour from point A to point B with any number of intermediate points. Searching conducts in 160 towns in Europe, but this number should grow up to 1200 with global search till the end of 2017.
The service has already got partner allocations from Skyscanner and Booking.com and recently Belavia has become its first airline-partner. Now the startup is in the process of attracting investments in A-round. An android application will be added soon to iOS and web versions also the realization of computerized learning is on the roadmap.

Fabby of a new company cofounder of Maps.me Yury Melnichan allows changing selfies’ background with the help of neural networks. It’s available even in old smartphones and more fast in GPU.
On 13 January it became known that the project got a 2 mln dollar investment in the “extension” round, which was made by Haxus investment fund leader Yury Gyrsky. Now there is a team of 15 persons, who work in two offices in Minsk and Zurich.
Next month Fabby promises Android-release, extended object recognition and video processing in real-time. Global challenges are to give the user of smartphone the possibility to work with video “like in Hollywood” and to produce a big research center in the sphere of neuron networks and artificial intelligence in Belarus.
