Brest citizens are intrigued by the construction work in the center of the city on the pedestrian Soviet street. The six-story complex worth $ 10 million, implemented by a group of private investors close to one of the largest construction holdings of the Czech Republic PSJ Holding a.s., promises to become one of the most ambitious projects of residential real estate in Belarus.

Brest citizens are intrigued by the construction work in the center of the city on the pedestrian Soviet street. The six-story complex worth $ 10 million, implemented by a group of private investors close to one of the largest construction holdings of the Czech Republic PSJ Holding a.s., promises to become one of the most ambitious projects of residential real estate in Belarus.

To build Promenada complex consisting of 44 apartments from 55 to 155 sq.m., the investor had to sign the investment contract with the Republic of Belarus and to buy the historic place in the pedestrian zone of Brest.  The designer “on a turn-key basis” apartments accompanied with an underground parking zone are under construction by a specialized serving company. The first franchise coffee house in Brest, a restaurant, a bank and a number of shops have been already announced to occupy the first floor.  It is planned to realize the building of the object designed by the Lithuanian architectural bureau Davidus until the end of this year.

“This project has no a cost per meter parameter, as the car has no cost per kilo. We build the European house format – the “turn-key” apartments. A person or a family buys a ready-made product including design and infrastructure. Just picks up the keys and lives. More and more people tend to creativity and fascinating work. Creating and traveling is far more interesting rather than choosing or getting customs clearance for a toilet bowl or stove”, Natalia Kushneruk, the builder representative said.

The investors are sure that projects of this class can be popular not only in Minsk. “The Brest city has a rich history, intensive cultural, sports and enterprise life. 350 000 people live here, this is a European and a Belarusian city as well. It has a high potential. Our potential clientele is wealthy and successful people of various professions and activities, consular establishments personnel, owners and managers of the free economic zone enterprisers, highest leagues team players and coaches”, the representative of the company notes.

The restrictions considering the building density, communication difficulties, the impossibility to conduct building intensively and the proximity of the neighboring buildings – these are the other side of the place attractiveness the investor says. It is not the first project with the participation of the PSJ company in Belarus. The company built the Kronospan plant in Smorgon and this year it had put into operation the airport in Nizhny Novgorod. In addition, large objects in St.Petersburg, Sochi and Ryazan, various plants in Ufa, Astrakhan and Kalevala were built by the company.
