The minimal investment volume in the project, based on Novovilenskaya Street, is US$500 million.
The tender will be held on 8th December 2015, during which all the applications will be considered. The winner will have to build a multifunctional complex on the leased land.

According to the conditions of the competition, the future investor will make a payment in the budget of Minsk as a recovery of demolition expenses of the former poultry factory named after N.K. Krupskaya (adjusted for the rate of the National Bank of Belarus), he will also guarantee compensation of losses to land users, caused by withdrawal or temporary occupation of land, demolition of immovable property.
He will be also responsible for free transfer to the municipal property of Minsk the total area of housing accommodations against the average index of the demolition at the rate, determined on the date of allocation of the land plot.
Residential houses, which will not exceed 350 sq. m. of total area, are planed to be constructed.
As a bidding process organizer, the executive committee of Minsk has started admitting bids since 23th October.
