The National Agency of Investment and Privatization announces the tender for provision of services on the organization of the participation of the Republic of Belarus in the exhibition of the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum 2016 (hereinafter – SPIEF 2016) with a country stand (developing the country exhibition stand concept, the design project of the stand and building the exhibition space in accordance with the design project) within the framework of the international technical assistance project Support for Privatization registered by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus in the database of programs and projects of international technical assistance on 28 April 2011 under number 2/11/000466.
In order to develop the concept, create the design project and implement the building process of the country booth (hereinafter – the stand) will be selected the firm — consultant (hereinafter – the consultant), as a result of the competitive selection who will receive a technical assignment for the organization of the participation of the Republic of Belarus in SPIEF 2016 with the country stand.
The responsibilities of the Consultant will include:
- developing the concept of the country stand of the Republic of Belarus that has the general idea the presentation of the economic potential of Belarus; the concept should also have the uniqueness and versatility of the design that makes it possible to use the stand during the events of a certain format (presentations, cocktails, tastings, etc.), as well as to attract visitors to participate in the work of the stand in the absence of such activities through the introduction of interactive elements;
- developing of the design project of a one story stand, the total area of which is fifty square meters, according to the approved concept;
- building of the stand in accordance with the developed concept and design project.
The consultant starts working with the date of the contract. The deadline is not later than 15 June 2016.
The competitive selection of the consultant will be made using OKK method — the selection based on the qualification of the consultant in accordance with the procedures given in the World Bank Guideline: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank borrowers published in May 2004 and revised in October 2006 and May 2010. To participate in the competitive selection the consultant must provide:
1. Company information in accordance with the following requirements:
- experience of building a full-fledged stand within the framework of SPIEF of the previous years (with an indication of the customer, the occupied exhibition area and the year of the event);
- experience in the field of exhibition activity at least three years;
- experience in the country or regional marketing;
- experience in the implementation of projects related to the creation of exhibition booths for large international organizations and companies, administrative units;
- a portfolio;
2. a visualized presentation of the concept of the country stand of Belarus with description;
3. the company's project portfolio.
In order to perform the work according to the technical project the consultant should provide a team of highly qualified specialists with experience in the country or regional marketing projects for setting up exhibition stands at large-scale international events, promotion of major international brands.

2. information about the company in accordance with the requirements specified above (in Russian and English, in two copies);
3. a visualized presentation of the country stand concept of Belarus with description (in Russian and English, one copy);
4. a portfolio of the consultant submitted in electronic form (or to specify the email address where the portfolio is located);
5. education and experience information of the similar projects implementation of the following team members:
- designer (providing portfolio with at least five examples of similar projects);
- marketing specialist;
6. a notarized copy of the certificate of state registration.
