The NAIP invites interested legal firms to participate in the tender for the Legal Advisory Services to the Technical Assistance to Privatization Project.

The objective of the Legal Advisor will be provision of full range of legal services and consulting of the Agency’s staff on the issues related to the Assistance to Privatization Project.          

The legal firm shall have the license to render legal services in the Republic of Belarus, issued by the Ministry of Justice, at least 3 years of experience in practicing the commercial law, experience of participating in investment projects and projects financed by international institutions (including the World Bank) sound understanding of the of the privatization and direct foreign investment attraction legislation in the Republic of Belarus.

The deadline for submitting proposals is September 8-th, 2014 at 17:00.

Technical Assistance to Privatization Project is being realized by the National Agency of Investment and Privatization under the administration and supervision of the World Bank for the purpose of supporting the effectiveness of privatization in Belarus. Eight middle-size companies were assigned by the Government and the President of the Republic of Belarus for privatization under the Project.
