NAIP presented investment climate and the conditions of doing business in Belarus for German business. The presentation was a part of "Saxony – Belarus" business council meeting. 

On February 26, Denis Meleshkin, NAIP Deputy Head, presented Belarus investment potential in Leipzig. He also took part in the 17th session of Belarus-Germany workshop on trade and investments, where the parties discussed the problems of cooperation and the ways to solve them. 


NAIP also negotiated with Leipzig Chamber of Commerce and Industry to discuss further prospectives of cooperation.

German businessmen highly appreciated NAIP's efforts of investment attraction. They also requested additional information on the most promising investment proposals to be implemented in Belarus.

Overall, Germany is in the top-10 FDI donors to Belarus and is approaching the top-5, with Knauf, Bayer, Schneider Group, Siemens being the largest German companies to successfully cooperate with Belarus.
