On November 12, NAIP took part in Austria-Belarus business forum, which took place while presidential visit to Vienna.
Mr. Denis Meleshkin, NAIP Deputy Head, presented Belarus investment potential, key features of doing business and operating in preferential regimes.
"Belarus is glad to see on its market Austrian Raiffeisen Bank which owns one of the Belarusian banks, Vienna Insurance Group which owns Kupala insurance company, leading telecommunicating operator A1 belonging to Telekom Austria Group. And Kronospan which created few woodworking enterprises in Belarus. All that is just a small part of our partners", – Mr. Meleshkin stated.
He also added that NAIP is ready to keep supporting Austrian business and accompany investment projects on each step of their implementation.
According to BelTA, few bilateral treaties were signed after Austria-Belarus business forum, which would help strengthen the cooperation between the countries.
