The Minsk City Real Estate Center is holding an open (to increase the initial price) auction with conditions No.10-Y-16 for the right to design and construct capital structures (buildings).
The right to design and construct a new facility on the land at the intersection of Mayakovsksya Street and Aranskaya Street in Minsk, which is available for rent for 5 years, is put out to tender.
Participants of the auction can be legal entities or individual entrepreneurs. Participation on the buyer's side of the consolidated participants – two or more individual entrepreneurs and legal entities is allowed.
Reception of documents, advice on participation in the auction and acquaintance with available documentation is carried out from September 16, 2016 until October 11, 2016 inclusive, on weekdays from 09:00 till 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00 (on Fridays until 16.45) at the address: office 6, 39 Karla Marksa Street, Minsk.
The auction will take place on October 17, 2016 at 16:00 at the address: auction hall, 39 Karla Marksa Street, Minsk.
