Belarusian pharmaceutical industry’s investment potential, promising areas for the development of mutually beneficial cooperation between Belarus and Korea in the sphere of pharmaceutics, as well as Korean businesses’ experience in entering the Belarusian medical preparations market were discussed on 26 March in a webinar jointly organized by the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Korea and the National Agency of Investment and Privatization.


The event was attended by H.E. Mr. Andrei Popkov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Korea, H.E. Mr. Kwon Pyung-oh, President and CEO of KOTRA, Ms. Palina Toustsik, NAIP Deputy Director, Ms. Olga Zhuravleva, Deputy Director of the RUE “Center for Examinations and Tests in Health Service”, representatives of «Belpharmprom» Holding, the Korea Testing & Research Institute and Korea United Pharm., Inc. Over 40 Korean companies showed interest to the webinar.
