On 29 March, 2016 the first online trading will be held on the electronic trading platform of Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange – Property, announced by Minsk Regional State Property Fund.
6 properties located in Logoisk, Minsk, Stolbtsy and Cherven districts of Minsk region are put up for sale:
- Three former health camps,
- Kindergarten and school buildings,
- And other objects.
Realization of the mentioned property is held with land provision for rent without auction and charging for the right to sign a lease agreement.
Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until 23 March 2016, 15:00 (GMT+3).
