The submission deadline for potential strategic investors, who are interested in the purchasing of state shares of OJSC “MMP” and OJSC “Konfa”, is extended till the 19th of April, 2013.
By now The National Agency of Investment and Privatization have received officially a number of Expressions of Interest from Belarusian and foreign companies, willing to become a strategic investor for Minsk Margarine Plant and Confectionary plant “Konfa”. Due to confidentiality the names of the participants can not be announced.
However some of potential investors applied with request to extend the term of submission of Expressions of Interest as a preparation of required set of documents took more time then it was expected.
Before the end of April, 2013 the Steering Committee will undertake the analysis of all submitted applications and prepare shortlist of strategic investors for the both enterprises of Pilot Privatization Project.
