Acceptance of the offers (bids) from persons intending to acquire shares of additional issue of JSC Telekhanskij plant of joinery products, placed through public subscription, starts on September 28, 2016.
Public subscription is held by the company in order to implement the project “Modernization of production at JSC Telekhanskij plant of joinery products and to carry out working capital financing.
The planned volume of the issue is 5 000 002.20 rubles (banknotes 2009). Placement of shares is carried at the nominal value of one share, which is 2.36 rubles (banknotes 2009).
Subscription is carried out daily (except weekends and holidays) at the following address: accounting department, 1 Zavodskaya Street, Telekhany town, Ivatsevichi district, Brest region. Tel.: (01645) 3-78-21 from 9.00 to 16.00.
Reception of proposals (bids) from persons intending to acquire shares of additional issue is held from September 28 to October 26, 2016. Conclusion of contracts and contribution to the statutory fund of the company will be carried out from October 27, 2016 to March 27, 2017.
