The deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest for strategic investors, who are interested in the purchasing of state shares of OJSC “Baranovichi reinforced concrete products plant”, is extended till September 22, 2014 2:00 pm CET (3:00 p.m. Minsk time).
The reason of the extension is a number requests from Potential Investors to extend the deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest as a preparation of required set of documents and making necessary decisions took more time then it was expected. In this regard it was decided to extend the deadline for Expression of interest and qualification materials submission for 21 days.
On the ground of submitted Expression of Interest and Certificates Commission on attracting strategic investors will form a short list of investors. Shortlisted participants will be provided with access to the data room and the opportunity to visit the facilities of the OJSC “Baranovichi reinforced concrete products plant” for conducting due diligence.
