The National Regional Investment Development Award is an annual event held under the leadership of the non-profit organization National Association of Investment and Development Agencies. The main purpose is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the work of the Development Agencies of the Russian Federation.
On September 26, 2023, a meeting of the Prize Jury was held, at which the results of the Prize in 2023 were summed up and approved. The jury included representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, the Higher School of State University of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, business associations and development institutions, specialized associations, the head of the Investment Development Agency of Kazakhstan, as well as the director of the National Agency for Investment and Privatization Dmitry Krasovsky.
The jury members conducted a detailed assessment of 85 investment portals and 43 investment maps of Russian regions. A total of 127 applications were received in 10 categories from 59 regions. The most popular nominations were “Best Investment Portal” (85 applications), “Best Investment Card” (43 applications), “Specialist of the Year (“Accompany”)” (29 applications).
“Taking part in the work of the Prize Jury is not only a great honor for us, but also an opportunity to study the best practices of our colleagues from Russia”, – noted Dmitry Krasovsky.
The summing up and awarding of the winners of the Prize will take place on October 5, 2023 within the IV Congress of investment agencies and development corporations in Tula. The National Association of Investment and Development Agencies (Award Operator) together with the Government of the Tula Region and the Joint Stock Company “Regional Development and Support Corporation of the Tula Region” are the organisers of the event.
