The State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus announces a competitive process for the sale of 51% shares of the Joint Limited Liability Company Mobile TeleSystems (hereinafter “JLLC MTS”).
Selling shares belongs to the Republic of Belarus and are under operating control of the Republican Unitary Telecommunication Enterprise Beltelecom
51% of the enterprise shares are offered for sale.
Initial selling price of the share of JLLC MTS — 863 mln. US Dollars.
Terms of sale of the share of JLLC MTS – retention of the territory coverage ratio of the Republic of Belarus with mobile telecommunications services of JLLC MTS at the level at least equal to that specified in the state statistical reporting for the last reporting period preceding conclusion of a contract for the sale of the share of JLLC MTS.
