The deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest for strategic investors, who are interested in purchasing of the state shares of OJSC “Avtomagistral”, OJSC “Construction and Mounting Trust No 8” is extended till October 27, 2014 2:00 pm CET (3:00 p.m. Minsk time).
The National Agency of Investment and Privatization has received a number of requests from Potential Investors to extend the deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest due to the numbers of internal procedures required for making decisions to issue the set of necessary documents, qualification materials. In this regard it was decided to extend the deadline for Expression of interest and qualification materials submission for 21 days.
On the ground of submitted Expressions of Interest and Certificates, Commission on attracting strategic investors will form the short lists of participants. Shortlisted investors will be provided with detailed information on the companies, access to the data rooms and the opportunity to visit the facilities of OJSC “Avtomagistral”, OJSC “Construction and Mounting Trust No 8” for conducting due diligence.
