Moscow will host the 11th edition of the international conference Eurasian Integration on 11 November, BelTA learned from the press center of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), the organizer of the forum.

The conference will attempt to find ways to promote Eurasian integration.

“This year, the conference will discuss matters of strategic cooperation in key economy sectors and aspects of monetary and financial integration. Attention will also be paid to opportunities for strengthening inter-state cooperation within the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU),” the press service specified. Other issues on the agenda include problems faced by international development banks in the region and future prospects of their work.

Thematic sections will discuss the investment potential of the energy sectors of the EDB member countries, the implementation of the first public-private partnership projects in the Eurasian space, further development of the common markets in the EEU, and the alignment of the EEU and the Silk Road Economic Belt initiative.

Attending the conference will be representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission, ministries and government agencies, state-owned companies, businessmen and academia from the EDB member states, and foreign experts.
