More information about working conditions in Great Stone Industrial Park

Great Stone Industrial Park is the biggest Belarus-China joint project, located in a unique place, the geographical center of Europe, at the crossroads of major integrations – EAEU and EU – and the new Silk Road. There is no such a large-scale park for high-tech companies from around the world (90 sq. kilometers of detailed area close to the airport and the trans-European road and railway lines) in Russia and Europe.

Neither FEZs, nor even the High-Tech Park gives its residents such preferences and privileges that are ensured by the Industrial Park. Conventionally, they can be expressed by the formula «10 + 10»: tax exemption for ten years and a reduction in tax rates by half in the next ten years. There are other preferences, giving the employer an opportunity to save on costs and improve the competitiveness of his or her products. There is a possibility of obtaining a land plot, provided with infrastructure without an auction and at a fixed price.

The Great Stone infrastructure is being now under construction. There are already eight residents – rather large Chinese companies that are willing to come into the project. More than twenty companies have signed an agreement of intent to join the Park. All residents either have already started or plan to start construction works in 2016. But Great Stone invites not only Chinese business. Industrial Park Development Company CJSC has recently joined the World Free Zones Organization (World FZO) and together with a new partner invites investors from all over the world.
