Polish companies invested abroad 10,7 billion zloty in 2015 according to the data of the Ministry of development (Poland) to which the Puls Biznesu referred to. In the report made by the authority noticed more than 40 companies, which invested in Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, the Philippines, Greece, India, Indonesia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, South Africa, Rumania, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, USA, Uzbekistan and Italy. Generally, polish investors invested in 47 countries in the world.

As far as is concerned Belarus, the most significant investment in 2015( and during no less than 5 previous years) was the creation of department in Gomel in the territory of FEZ Gomel-Raton by polish furniture company COM40. COM40 specializes in production of upholstered furniture and mattresses, about 3 thousand people work in its structure, the production is realized including IKEA. Belorussian subsidiary of COM40 is Delcom40 has been recruiting the staff ( about 40 persons) for the first factory line since last year. Cutting of soft furnishing materials will be carried out for “mother business” within its framework, in the course of time it’s planned to create a full clothing manufacture with the distribution areas in Belarus and Russia.
Biggest investment projects realized today in the territory of Belarus by polish capital it’s “IdeaBank” of Leshek Charnetsky, furniture factory BRW of Tadeysh Hmel, meat-processing factory “Incofood” of Khrishtov Michal Stempen, manufacturers of building materials “ Taifun” (group Atlas) and “Sniezhka-bel” (Sniezhka)
