In pursuance of paragraph 46 of the republican action plan for holding the Year of Peace and Creation in 2023, approved by the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated February 1, 2023 No. 93, the administration of the FEZ "Gomel-Raton" on March 23-24, 2023 organizes holding in the city of Gomel III Congress of Free Economic Zones.

The theme of the Congress this year will be "Free economic zones, industrial and science and technology parks as drivers for the development of territories."

During the Congress, it is planned to exchange experience, as well as discuss topical issues of the creation, management and operation of free (special, special) economic zones, industrial and scientific and technological parks in the Republic of Belarus and abroad, attracting investments in free economic zones, industrial and scientific and technological parks, their role in the development of territories.

Representatives of administrations, management companies and residents of the FEZ, industrial and scientific and technological parks of Belarus, the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and other countries, representatives of authorities, as well as experts in the field of law, economics, investment and sustainable development are invited to participate in the event.

This Congress will become an expert platform for discussing the problems and prospects of regional development in modern conditions, will serve to strengthen and develop business ties, both between countries and between business entities.
